1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the features of TrackMate (including ExpenseMate and HealthMate).

1.1. Personal Information

Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name (via Google Sign-In or email Auth) to create your account.
Profile Image: If you upload a profile picture, we store this to display it within the app.

1.2. User Content (Tracked Data)

You may input various types of data into the app, including:

General Tracking: Custom items, groups, and logs (e.g., "Kids," "Car Maintenance").
Financial Data (ExpenseMate): Transaction amounts, categories, and dates.
Health Data (HealthMate): Metrics such as weight, blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.

1.3. Device Information

We collect limited information about your device, such as the model, operating system version, and crash logs, to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

2. Special Category Data (HealthMate)

If you use the HealthMate feature, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for us to store your health-related data.

Processing Basis: We process this data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Article 9).
Purpose: This data is used solely to display your history, charts, and trends within the app.
Storage: Your health data is encrypted at rest and transit.
Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your health items or your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
Sync your data across your devices via the Cloud.
Generate your personal analytics (e.g., "Total Spent This Month").
Respond to your support requests.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help us operate the app:

Google Firebase: For secure cloud storage, authentication, and database hosting.
Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers to show non-personalized or personalized ads based on your consent settings.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as you have an account with us. You have full control over your data:

Delete Items: You can swipe to delete individual items or groups instantly.
Delete Account: You can request full account deletion from the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, we grant you the following rights over your data:

Right to Access: You can ask for a copy of your personal data.
Right to Rectification: You can correct inaccurate data within the app.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can ask us to delete your data.
Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a structured format.

7. Children's Privacy

TrackMate is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
